Yemi leads the team with deep technical expertise, including a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure.

Yemi holds key certifications, including a DC 3rd Class Steam Stationary Engineer License, Universal HVAC Certification, Maryland 2nd Class Steam Engineer License, and NAPE 1st Class License

Yemi’s experience includes major projects such as leading energy upgrades at the 320,000 sq. ft. USP Building, which achieved Energy Star certification under his management.

His experience spans office buildings, retail spaces, and multifamily housing. This range of experience allows him to tailor maintenance plans to each building’s unique systems and priorities.
